국 문 초 록
사회복지옹호실천에서 옹호자에게 보다 강조되는 특성은 일반 사회복지에서 강조되는 가치, 지식, 기술 이외에 직접적인 행동이다. Paylo(2007)는 가치를 자질과 태도로 보다 분화하여 옹호자의 옹호특성을 옹호자질, 옹호태도, 옹호행동, 옹호기술, 옹호지식으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 Paylo(2007)가 사용한 옹호특성척도와 하위척도인 옹호자의 옹호자질, 옹호태도, 옹호행동, 옹호기술, 옹호지식이 한국적 상황에서 적절하게 사용 될 수 있도록 타당화 하는 데에 있다. 타당화를 위해 번역 과정, 전문가 검토, 통계적 척도 타당화 과정을 거쳤다. 특히 통계적 척도 타당화 과정은 척도 타당화 방법론을 제시한 Nunnally(1978) 방법을 준용하였다. 연구를 위해 경인지역 사회복지기관을 중심으로 2009년 설문조사를 실시하여 183부의 설문지를 가지고 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 각 요인별로 몇 개 항목을 제외한다면 해당 개념을 적절하게 표현할 수 있었다. 연구결과에 따라 척도를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대한 토론과 제안을 하였다.
영 문 초 록
The social welfare practical direction practice in the client center from social environment changes recently with intervention and the importance of social welfare support practice activity is embossed. Recently, the measurement of the scale thing which is possibility was developed advocacy of activity from the United States, this is presenting the characteristics and skill and knowledge of the advocacy of practice concretely. The research which sees hereupon from in the advocacy of scale which is various Paylo(2007) uses the advocacy of attribute, advocacy of attitude, advocacy of conduct and advocacy of skill and advocacy of knowledge appropriately from Korean situation, could be used in order, other reliability and validity. In order the advocacy relation scale other reliability and validity description below the Seoul and Inchon area, social welfare agency executed a question investigation in the center, had analyzed question of 183 issues and a data. In compliance with like this process, other reliability and validity did the advocacy of attribute, the advocacy of attitude, the advocacy of conduct and the advocacy of skill and the advocacy of knowledge scale. According to research result sent a discussion and a proposal about the plan will be able to apply the scale effectively.
