국문초록

본 연구는 한국 남성과 외국인 여성이 결혼하여 초등학생 자녀를 둔 다문화가정의 부 모를 대상으로, 이들에게 한국의 문화에서 자녀들을 양육함에 있어 부모로서의 효능감 을 증진시키며 성숙한 부모의 모습을 갖추도록 돕기 위해 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하 는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 다문화가정 부모를 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 문헌연구 및 전문가와 다문화가정 외국인 모들을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하여 집단상담 프로그램에 필요한 구체적인 내용을 점검하였다. 이를 토대로 어머니용과 아버지용 프로그램 개발, 부부의 친밀감을 증진, 부모로서의 자신 점검 등을 반영하여 6회기의 구조화된 집단상담 프로 그램을 개발하였으며 7회에 걸친 전문가 협의회와 어머니용 프로그램에 대해 2회의 시 범운영이 실시되었으며 프로그램을 수정 보완하였다. 어머니용 프로그램 시범운영에 참 여한 대상은 다양한 출신국가(중국, 베트남, 일본, 필리핀, 몽골) 어머니들로 구성된 한 집단과 같은 출신국가(일본) 어머니들로 구성된 한 집단 이였다. 프로그램의 시범운영은 연구진이 직접 진행하였으며 각 회기를 마친 후 프로그램 평가지를 실시하고 전문가 협 의회의를 개최하여 프로그램 개선과 보완점들을 논의하였다.
