국문초록

본 연구는 후기 청소년기에 해당하는 병사들의 심리적 건강을 돕고, 군대내 사고 예 방과 궁극적으로 건강한 군 문화 확산에 기여할 수 있도록 군 솔리언또래상담 프로그램 을 개발 하는 것으로 목적으로 한다. 프로그램의 개발을 위하여 병사 564명과 지휘관 62명을 대상으로 사전요구조사를 하 였으며, 이를 통하여 구성요인과 구조를 추출하였다. 또한 군기본권 상담관 및 전문지도 자로 구성된 현장전문가와 함께 프로그램을 구성하여 총 92명의 병사를 대상으로 시범 교육을 실시하였다. 본 프로그램은 아동 및 청소년을 위한 단계별 또래상담프로그램 (2000)과 군 솔리언의 적극적이고 구체적인 도움활동을 위한 멘토링 프로그램으로 토대 로 개발되었다. 개발된 프로그램은 참가자 관점의 평가를 통하여 검증되었다. 본 연구 결과에 대한 논의 및 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 상황을 반영하여 프로그램 개발방향을 설정하였다. 군 솔리언또래상담자는 상담자로서의 역할과 멘토로서의 역할로 수행할 수 있도록 하였으며. 이들의 군 솔리언 또래상담자로서의 동기를 높이기 위한 프로그램을 구성하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 개발과 효과에 대한 검증을 위해 참여자 관점의 평가가 이루어졌으며, 그 결과 편의성을 제외한 모든 영역에서 4.2(5점만점)이상의 점수로 교육훈련 전반에 대 한 만족도, 프로그램 참가자의 적극적인 참여, 프로그램 운영기관에 대한 신뢰성에 대하 여 긍정적인 평가가 나타났다. 셋째, 군 솔리언 또래상담 활동의 활성화를 위해서는 군 솔리언또래상담자의 선발과 활동에 대한 체계적인 관리와 지원이 필요하다. 군 솔리언또래상담자 선발에 있어서는 구체적인 도움활동을 줄 수 있는 직급이 선정되는 것이 적절하여 이들이 지속적으로 훈 련 및 관리를 받을 수 있는 시간이 확보되어야 한다. 넷째, 군 솔리언을 지도 감독할 수 있는 지도자양성 및 지원이 필요하다. 군 솔리언 역시 일반 병사이기 때문에 이들을 지도하고 감독해 줄 수 있는 지도자는 반드시 필요 하다. 이를 위해 군기본권 상담관이나 지역센터의 전문지도자와의 협력체계가 이루어져 야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 군 솔리언 또래상담 활동이 활성화를 위해 행정부처의 관심과 협조와 부대내 의 적극적인 지원이 필요하다.
