The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of attachment album centered group art therapy for unstable attachmentwomen and the significance and essence of their experiences. For the research subjects, 10 women, who were found to have an unstable attachment appropriate for this study were selected through ECT-R and BND. Data collection occurred during a total of 4 group workshops - 8 hours a day each, once a week from May to August 2015, and through a minimum of three times one-to-on in-depth interviews with the women, The collected data were analyzed according to the hermeneutic phenomenological research methodology of Max van Manen, and eight essential topics and 20 sub-subjects were derived. The contents of the essential topics were “Experience in Mother’s Warmth through a Thoughtful Gift (Response Attachment)”, “Reconfirmation on Mother’s Love through a Past Work”, “Resolution of Old Emotion by Attachment Album Work”, “Recomposition of Relationship With Mother through Smooth Media and Colors”, “Experience in Concentration and Close Contact through Needlework”, “Satisfaction With Mother‘s Interest through Relationship With Others” and “Feeling Existence through Support of Group Members”.
