In e-Learning environments, time management is the essential factor to succeed learning for adult learners. By this point, This research was purposed to identify learners' time schedule and its action, to analyze the relationships among participation of learning activities, procrastination of learning tasks, learning time and achievement, and finally to analyze the differences of those variables according to the level of adherence to learning time schedule. For this research, 60 adult learners in graduate school of e-Learning made time schedule and recorded the actual learning time during the semester. The results are as follows. The first, adult learners' level of action according to the time schedule was low, specifically, they did not keep the time zone consistently, studied e-Learning course for fewer days, continued longer time than those of time schedule. The second, there are positive relationships between number of discussion, response, connection, score of attendance, number of study day and achievement. The third, the group of higher level of adherence to time schedule did not procrastinate the learning tasks, learned more days, and made better score than group of low level. Based on these results, this research made some suggestions to make e-Learning more effectively by aspects of time management.
