The purpose of this study was to observe how three beginning teachers are considering the professional adaptation of teaching, based on the qualitative study method.
After understanding the interaction among the beginning teachers, you\'ll see how they are adapted their own way for the big steps in teaching methods. It suggests that the interaction can also be quite helpful for them to prepare as a teacher and for there more it gives chances senior teachers and schoolmasters how to help beginning teachers in many ways.
Through this study, the researcher could see their positive views and enthusiasm about children. Also it was found that school should provide active guidance or assistance to reduce their difficulties.
As a last comment, it is desired that this study will have read by those who want to be elementary school teachers, beginning teachers adjusting to the profession after being placed in an elementary school, many members in school, and those who would start research about the teacher development process. This study will contribute to prepare programs for people who are going be teachers and training programs for teachers to reduce errors after entering the teaching profession.
