This study was aimed at figuring out the service needs of the family and care burden for adults with
developmental disabilities. Focus group interviews were conducted two groups, primary care mothers and
service providers. The results were analyzed by 'weight and complication of care burden, the additional
needs due to changing circumstances, institutions that seek to improve the effectiveness, a total of three
categories.
It is difficult to respond to changes in person with developmental disabilities entering adulthood with
a reduced institutional care services for a long weary parents felt the difficulties' are weighted complex
