본 연구는 호주와 한국의 군 복무질환에 대한 비교 연구 논문으로 향후 군복무관 련 질환에 대한 연구에 기초자료를 제공함을 주 목적으로 하고 본 연구 결과를 종 합해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호주의 감염 및 기생충질환의 군복무와 관련된 인정 질환은 총 27개 질환으로 대표적인 질환을 살펴보면 구충증, 회충증, 간흡충증, 수 두, 간염, 포진, 인플루엔자, 말라리아, 결핵, 심지어는 피부의 무좀의 일종인 윤선까 지 인정하고 있다. 한국의 경우 한국의 경우 인체면역결핍바이러스병 5개질환과 거대세포바이러스병, 크립토콕쿠스증 총 7개 질환을 인정하고 있으며 보상범위는 희귀난치성인 경우에만 지원하고 있어 매우 제한적이다. 우선 일차적으로 군복무중 인과관계가 유의하게 나타나는 간염, 결핵, 포진 질환에 대한 역학조사를 통해 군 복무 발생 질환으로 확대 방안이 매우 필요하다. 둘째, 내분비계 대사질환 군복무와 관련된 질환은 10개 질환으로 대표적인 질환이 쿠싱 증후군, 당뇨, 갑상선종, 통풍, 사코이드증, 홍반성루프스, 뇌하수체저하증, 심 지어는 과도한 비만까지 지원하고 있다. 한국의 경우 총 10개 질환을 인정하고 있 는데 호주와 같이 당뇨, 통풍, 홍반성 루프스에 대한 확대 방안이 필요하다. 셋째, 호흡기계 군복무와 관련된 질환은 총 9개 질환으로 대표적인 질환이 폐포염, 석면 증, 천식, 기관지확장증, 기관지염, 기관지염을 동반한 폐기종, 폐압력손상, 흉막플 라그, 폐 압력손상을 지원하고 있으나 한국의 경우 폐포단백증 희귀난치성의 경우 1개 질환만 인정하고 있어 호흡기 질환에 대한 근본적인 대책 마련이 시급하다. 넷 째, 비뇨기계 군복무와 관련된 인정 질환은 총 9개 질환으로 대표적인 질환이 진통 제신장염, 양성전립선 비대증. 자궁내막증, 발기불능, 발기장애, 사구체신염, 신석증, 폐쇄성 신장병, 요결석증 총 9개 질환을 인정하고 있으나 한국의 경우 만성 콩팥장 애 1개 질환만 인정하고 있어 비뇨기계 질환의 경우 보다 체계적이고 객관적인 역 학조사가 필요시되며 양성전립선 비대증 역시 추후 연구 과제로 남는다.
The study has been performed to the planning of compensation range according to Comparative Study of Austrailia with Korean related Military Diseases. The purpose of the study is to offer the basic data to the medical a compensation policy which concern military Diseases The major result of the research were as follow; First, The infection and parasite system diseases of the military Diseases of Austrailia was total twenty-seven Diseases. In concrete, adrenal insufficiency, chicken pox, hepatitis A,B,C,D,E, herpes simplex, influenza, malaria, smallpox, tinea of skin, tuberculosis etc. the military Diseases of Korean is total seven Diseases. the diseases is composed of the HIV infection syndrome, HIV disease resulting in malignant neoplasm, HIV ,cryptococcosis, etc. Second, The endocrine system diseases of the military Diseases of Austrailia was total ten Diseases. In concrete, cushing syndrome, diabetes mellitus, gout, systemic lupus erythematosis, hypopituitarism, mobid obesity etc. the military Diseases of Korean is total ten Diseases. the diseases is composed of the hyperpituitarism, hypopituitarism, addisonian crisis, acute rickets, cystic fibrosis, etc. Third, The respiratory system diseases of the military Diseases of Austrailia was total nine Diseases. In concrete, alveolitis, asbestosis, asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic bronchitis and emphysema, pulmonary barotrauma etc. the military Diseases of Korean was total seven Diseases. the diseases is composed of the only alveolar proteinosis. Fourth, The musculo-skeletal system diseases of the military Diseases of Austrailia was total twenty-nine Diseases. In concrete, achilles tendonitis, cervical spondylitis, dislocation, osteomyelitis, osteoporosis, plantar faseitis, rheumatoid arthritis, rotator cuff syndrome etc. the military Diseases of Korean was total twenty-four Diseases. the diseases is composed of the polyartetitis nodosa, Juvenile polyarthritis, Aortic arch syndtome, ankylosing spondylitis, Paget's disease etc. Fifth, The urinary system diseases of the military Diseases of Austrailia was total nine Diseases. In concrete, benign prostatic hyperplasia, endometriosis, impotence, glomerulonephritis, nephrolithiasis etc. the military Diseases of Korean was one Diseases. the diseases is composed of the only chronic renal failure.
