In order to accomplish this propose, this study is composed of the program that balenced both cognitive aspect and behavioral aspect well. That is, this program is composed of 10 parts of psycology of procrastination, overcoming procrastination, Do it now, time management tactic and so on. The participants in the program were 20 volunteers of the first grade male students of K high school located in Busan metropolitan city. The 20 students were randomly seperated into two group, the experimental and control group, with 10 students in each group. In order to versify the effectiveness of the developed program, I examined both self-regulated learning and self-efficacy before and after testing program for the experimental group and the control group and I did the post test for the two groups after 54 days of program completion. The conclusions of my research results are as follows. First, the self regulated learning test score of students that participated in the preventive procrastination group counsel program is much more enhanced than the control group who is not participated the program. Second, the self-efficacy test score of students that participated in the preventive procrastination group counsel program is much more enhanced than the control group who is not participated the program. Consequently, the preventive procrastination group counsel program is effective and useful to improve the self-regulated learning and self-efficacy of high school students.
