This study is to recognize the ‘Quality of Life’ of current 319 special
education teachers, based on the 18 questionnaires made by Jaeyeon Ryu, and
Kyungok Park(2014). The methods of research were t-test, F-analysis, Scheffe
analysis using by SPSS 21. The full Quality of Life score of special teachers
who work at special class was 72, and the mean was 51.20(SD=6.47). Sex, age,
career, the teachers’conscious of student disability degree, and marriage status
did not influence the full Quality of life scores. However, Salary status
influenced all sub areas of Quality of life scores(p<.001). General satisfaction
and Social support had statistically signification in sex differences(p<.05). Job
setting satisfaction and Cooperative ability showed statistically signification in
age differences(p<.001). Social support, Job setting satisfaction, Cooperative
ability were statistically signification in teaching career differences(p<.01). The
teachers’ conscious of student disability degree influenced General
satisfaction(p<.05) and Social support(p<.01). Marriage status showed significant
results in Job setting satisfaction and Cooperative ability(p<.01). The full Quality
of Life scores had significant correlation with all sub area.
