The skin barrier has several features for thermo-regulation and blocking hazardous substances necessary to sustain life. Histologically, skin consists of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Epidermis is composed of squamous epithelium and below it is the dermis consisting of fiber connective tissue with hair, sebaceus glands, sweat glands, blood vessels and nerves. Below the dermis, subcutaneous tissue is composed of connective tissue and adipose tissue. The name Hyperplasia dermatologic disease comes mainly from clinical symptoms and signs. These symptoms and signs are so similar with other diseases that the skin pathology is very difficult to define. Hyperplasia dermatologic disease includes but is not limited to dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis. I, as a researcher, the aims of this study are to realize this skin disease through the study of bibliography and examine the treatment and prevention from the point of pharmacology.
