본 연구에서는 DSM-IV에서 분류되어 있는 반사회적 성격특성에 대해 우선 초기대상관계 경험과 현재의 자기개념 및 타인개념들의 설명력의 정도를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 반사회적 성격특성과 대상관계 변수들 간에서 방어유형의 매개효과가 있는지 밝혀보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서 대상은 474명의 남녀 대학생들로, 이들에게 초기대상관계 척도, 자기개념질문지, 타인개념질문지, 한국판 방어유형 질문지, 한국형 성격장애진단 설문지를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 반사회적 성격특성을 설명하는 변수에서 대상관계 변수와 방어유형 변수가 반사회적 성격특성을 설명하는 데에 중요한 것으로 나타났으며 특히, 초기 대상관계 변수에서는 부정적 부모 모두와의 부정적 관계경험, 그리고 현재대상관계 변수에서는 부정적인 자기개념 및 타인개념이 반사회적 성격특성을 보다 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상관계 변수들이 방어유형 중 미성숙 방어유형의 높은 사용과 자기억제 방어유형의 낮은 사용을 통한 매개효과가 확인되었다. 끝으로, 본 연구의 임상적 의의와 제한점에 관해 논의되었다.
This research was to investigate the mediating effect of the defense mechanism to the relationship among object relationship and B cluster personality trait. In Study, four hundred seventy four undergraduate students completed th following questionnaires: the Mother-early Object Relationship Scale, Father-early Object Scale, Self-Concept Scale, Other-Concept Scale, Korea-Defense Style Questionnaire, Korea-Personality Disorder Scale. the results of hierarchical multiple regression showed that the effects of early object relationship and present self, object concept, defense mechanism on antisocial personality trait were significant. Second, the mediation effects of defense mechanism between early object relationship, present self, object concept and antisocial personality trait were significant. finally, the the clinical implications and limitations of this study are discussed. key words : early relationship, self concept, object concept, defense mechanism, antisocial personality trait
